Grade is refers to the quality of the product.

Therefore, I divided each item into two grades, Grade A and Grade B.

For example:
Grade A is the product with no flaws, and will have original price.
Grade B is the product with minor imperfections, like tiny scratch, dull surface, paint mistake and etc.
Products that marked with "Grade B" will be sold at a discounted price.

As I'm not able to consistently produce flawless products every time, especially hand-made product, and even manufactured products sometimes will have imperfections as well.

If throwing away the grade B products, because of the small defect and minor imperfections, it will increase my costs and expenses and wastes all the work.

Instead of ending their lives which means throwing them in trash bin, and I decided to sell them in a discounted prices, as they still deserve love.

⚠ Once customer make a purchase for Grade B products, and they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. As the expectations for purchasing Grade B product is receiving faulty products, especially for handmade products. ⚠

Disclaimer:
✧ No refund and returns for Grade B products.
✧ The packaging costs are also included in the product fees.
✧ Item colours may vary a little due to the phone or monitor settings.
✧ 1-2mm difference due to manual measurement & handmade products.
✧ There will be OBVIOUS imperfections for the handmade products, especially Grade B Products.
           
Shipping & Delivery:
✿ Non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
✿ All shipping charges, rates, and delivery times are determined by the shipping courier.
✿ It takes 1-3 days for me to prepare and ship out paid order, except for weekend and holidays.
